1006 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 1006 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform or services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the 1006 platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any recent changes.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full features of the 1006 platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. 1006 will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account information.
- The minimum age to register is 18. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
- Personal information provided during registration must be accurate and verifiable.
- The platform reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time for compliance purposes.
- Accounts found to be using false information or another person's identity will be closed immediately.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the 1006 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules and to use the platform solely for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform does not violate any laws or regulations in force in Malaysia.
The following are strictly prohibited while using the platform:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Carrying out any action intended to disrupt, damage, or exploit the 1006 platform's systems.
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial criminal activity.
- Uploading or transmitting content that contains viruses, malicious code, or any material that could compromise the platform's systems.
- Filing false claims or using fraudulent methods to obtain bonuses, credits, or other benefits.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and legal action where applicable.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 1006 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are required to use a valid payment method registered in your own name. The platform does not accept payments from third-party accounts.
Deposits will be credited to your account once transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing time depends on your chosen payment method — most deposits via FPX and local e-wallets are processed within minutes.
For withdrawals, requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe depending on your chosen method and account verification level. 1006 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any withdrawal request deemed unusual or requiring further verification. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the current terms stated in your account.
- All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the relevant offer's terms.
- The platform is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider.
- Any transaction suspected to be fraudulent will be investigated, and the account in question may be suspended pending the outcome of the investigation.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
5.1 Liability Limits
1006 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.
5.2 Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1006 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, suspicious activity, requests from authorities, or voluntary closure by the user. In the event of account closure due to a terms breach, any bonus balance that has not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited. Valid cash balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification.
5.3 Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, brand names, software code, and other materials on the 1006 platform are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1006 management.
5.4 Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 1006 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of such third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
1006 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent update will be indicated at the top of this document. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of the 1006 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through a mutually agreed dispute resolution process.
